Manchester City will play three matches in six days during their title run in after the Premier League announced the dates of their rearranged fixtures.
Two of City’s remaining five Premier League fixtures, against Bournemouth and Crystal Palace, needed rescheduling after Pep Guardiola’s side reached both domestic cup finals, leaving them with a packed schedule in May.
The Premier League has confirmed that City will host Palace on Wednesday, May 13 at 8pm BST, with their visit to Bournemouth scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 at 7.30pm BST – either side of the FA Cup final against Chelsea on Sunday, May 16.

City were due to play Bournemouth on the weekend of the showpiece at Wembley, while the Palace game was moved because it was initially scheduled for the weekend of March 21-22 – when City beat Arsenal in the Carabao Cup final.
Palace have Conference League commitments of their own, with a two-legged semi-final against Shakhtar Donetsk next month, meaning they could not play City mid-week of the week starting May 4.
Meanwhile, UEFA, the European governing body, did not want the Bournemouth game to clash with the Europa League final on May 20 – particularly as one of Aston Villa or Nottingham Forest will feature.
